To become a member or renew your membership, simply submit a completed Membership Application Form, enclose $20, and mail it to PCHEA .* Make checks payable to PCHEA.
* If you are unable to afford the $20/year membership fee, you may apply for financial assistance. A board member will contact you after the next board meeting (within 4 weeks).
