PCHEA members receive a monthly newsletter containing useful information about events, activities, meetings, co-ops, book fairs, conventions, workshops, and articles of interest.

Newsletter Guidelines as of: 2007 - 2008 |
General:
PCHEA approves all ads and articles.
PCHEA reserves the right to refuse any ad or article based on space restrictions or content.
All ads and articles should be submitted in publish ready format by the 15th of each month to the newsletter editor: PCHEANewsletterEd@yahoo.com, to be included in the next scheduled
newsletter issue. |

Members:
• May submit an advertisement or public service announcement related to home schooling free of charge.
• To advertise goods for sale, please go to the trading post website.
• The newsletter will not be able to accommodate full page inserts.
• Must include a phone number of who to contact and an address of the location if applicable.
• Must resubmit the advertisement the next month if it is to appear in another newsletter.
• Repeat “For Profit” ads regarding services will be charged and additional fee of $10.00 per month.
Non-Members:
• May submit an advertisement related to home schooling the size of a business card
(2" x 3 ½") for $35.00 per issue.
• The fee must be received with the advertisement.
• The advertisement must include a name and a phone number.

E-mail Alert Guidelines as of: 2006 - 2007
Purpose:
The purpose of E-mail Alerts is to notify PCHEA members of upcoming events, changes in
schedules and items of importance to home schoolers and home schooling education.
PCHEA approves all email alerts.
PCHEA reserves the right to refuse any alert based on content or time constraints.
Alerts must be related to home schooling or of interest to home schoolers.
Alerts need to be sent to : PCHEAPresident@yahoo.com, in a publish ready format with contact
name and number. When possible, please allow 24 hours to process email requests.
In case of an emergency alert, contact the PCHEA President (or another PCHEA board member
via telephone. PCHEA members should check their directory for the numbers).
